A PEEK INTO SCOUT CLASSIC, L.A.

Our Ponytail Pal Arielle Ackerman who reps hard hitting garments to the fullest has opened doors to a very salty new storefront in Los Angeles called Scout Classic. You may be familiar with her webstore, 'Tom Clothes and Goods', which has also adopted the smart new name since the brick and mortar store opening this Spring.

In store you will find only the hardest working clothing for women like our favourite Red Wing Women's boots, US made proofed canvas packs by Bradley Mountain, workwear by Southern Californian designer Carleen, hemp tees by the Cali cool cats Jungmaven, workshop made chore coats by her pal Jess of Aegis Handcraft, our very own W'menswear, and many more US brands that speak the language of good quality.

Inside, Arielle has pulled beautiful authentic inspiration like early USN recruiting posters and vintage woven rugs to mirror the origins and landscape of her wares. Having a background in vintage retail at one of our most-loved stores Raggedy Threads, her appreciation for detail and history come through in a refreshingly modern context. We love that Scout Classic is all about supporting the local culture and brands who fight hard for authenticity and honest workmanship.

Say hi to Arielle if you're sailing by!
